Toxins and Your Liver Health

Have you ever found lumps in your armpits?⁣

⁣For several years I would get super tender & painful "cysts".⁣

⁣Doctors couldn't explain~or drain them. I felt defeated because I was told to just "hope they would go away" on their own. They didn't. They got WORSE. I felt helpless & desperate for answers. ⁣

⁣Shaving became excruciating & I stopped wearing tank tops; I was embarrassed to accidentally raise my arm.⁣

⁣Here's what I later learned that no doctor could tell me; 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙢 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙏𝙊𝙓𝙄𝙉𝙎 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙢𝙮 𝙇𝙄𝙑𝙀𝙍. ⁣

⁣People think liver & assume only "alcohol" issues, but our livers FILTER EVERYTHING, and it struggles most to filter out nasty TOXINS. ⁣

⁣Think of a polluted liver like a overburdened water filter in an old aquarium—murky water trickles through, reluctantly. ⁣

⁣WWhen our body toxin exposure is too HIGH & our liver filter is overburdened, those toxins get caught up circulating back into our lymphatic system, causing lymph nodes to SWELL. ⁣

⁣Girls are exposed to an average of 186 toxic chemicals EACH DAY that our liver must continue to work hard to filter. If we keep loading on more toxins each day & not DETOXING, we ultimately become "filthy" inside. This breeds an environment for accelerated aging, inflammation & disease. ⁣

⁣We also need to reduce the continuous EXPOSURE by choosing products that don't continue to weigh our liver down. ⁣

⁣Doing these TWO things can significantly help you lose weight, feel better, have clearer skin, look younger, regrow hair & even reverse many health issues. ⁣

⁣That's the secret I unlocked & how my own health did a 180 degree turn for the better. ⁣

⁣Within 4 weeks of getting my implants out, detoxing my liver and swapping out crappy products for Lo-toxic ones, those cysts dried up & have not returned in over 7 years. ⁣

⁣I've compiled a list of some of my favorite detox & low-tox products & brands. I've found them to be easy ways to detox daily, balance hormones and reduce daily exposure. ⁣

⁣Remember, that health issues are our bodies way of waving flags for something internally that's in distress. ⁣

⁣And quite often...trust me, 𝙞𝙩'𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧. ⁣
