what are microtoxins?

what to know & Expect

This 10-minute quiz will provide you with a general idea of how much or how little exposure your body gets daily in the categories of personal products, environmental factors, lifestyle, food, kitchen, and social interactions.

Microtoxins contribute to the cumulative toxic load your body is burdened with, which can often have a direct correlation to the health issues you are facing. The greater the toxic load, the harder it is for your liver, blood, and lymphatic system to detoxify.

“The farther we are from nature, the closer we are to disease.”

Toxic loads from heavy metals, microplastics, viruses, molds, bacteria, parasites, hormone disruptors, and any of the 85,000 man-made, unregulated toxic chemicals build up in our organs over the years and can cause issues ranging from neurological, cardiovascular, reproductive, endocrine, and immune problems.

Because there is little to no government regulation on these ingredients in our everyday products, we are often exposed to far more than we realize. On average, women are exposed to 168 toxic chemicals a day, while men are exposed to 78.

When we know better, we can do better. Understanding where these toxins are hiding in everyday exposures empowers us to make smarter consumer choices to reduce them for ourselves and our families.

This quiz is not a medical diagnosis, nor does it encompass everything. It's merely a snapshot to guide you.

Often, people think their products are clean when, in fact, they are not. For that reason, I've included a list of ingredients to count as toxins on the back of the product label.

Your results will be emailed to you with an explanation and solutions.
